Billing and payments
1) How do you bill your clients?
Our clients will receive an invoice by either mail or email for each scheduled cleaning visit.
2) How do we pay our bill?
For one-time service, the client has 14 days from the date of your invoice to pay your bill. You can either pay by phone, email or mail.
For recurring clients, your credit or debit card will be automatically billed a day after each scheduled cleaning visit.
3) Do you accept cash payment?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payment. We only accept credit card, debit card or check payments.
4) Can I leave a check at my house to pay for my bill on the day of the cleaning service?
Should you prefer this method of payment, please secure your check in an envelope and address it to The Green Housekeepers.
