About The Services We Offer
1. Who determines the type of cleaning service we need?
Before we clean your home, we will meet with you for a consultation where we will discuss your cleaning needs for every room in your home. A home plan will be created detailing every item to be cleaned so that you always know what kind of service to expect. (This does not apply to one-time cleaning service.)
2. Do you charge by the hour or per job?
We usually charge per job, however per hour cleaning services can be arranged as per the client's request. In this case, only one housekeeper will be assigned to your home and a checklist of house chores, cleaning equipment, materials and supplies must be provided by the client.
3. How many housekeepers will clean my house?
We work in a minimum of two team members in each house that we visit. One team member will be assigned as the team supervisor to make sure all tasks are performed accordingly.
4. Will you use my equipment for cleaning?
We bring our own equipment and supplies for cleaning. We will not use nor operate any of your equipment, including all your appliances.
5. Will you use my cleaning supplies and tools?
We bring our own cleaning supplies and tools for cleaning. If your house cleaning requires use of step ladder, we may ask your permission to use your step ladder. *You must sign a request if you want us to use your cleaning supplies and tools.
6. How will you do the laundry and ironing of clothes if you don't use or operate any of my appliances?
We will collect your laundry to wash and dry at our place. We also collect your clothes for ironing at our place. All clothes will be delivered back to your place in two business days.
7. Will you wash my clothes with other client's clothes?
Clients clothes will be washed and folded separately.
